Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Martin, TN is hiring in-home caregivers. We offer meaningful work with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, starting at $14 per hour base with potential premiums for CNA certification and night/evening hours.

Training is provided, with paid education, travel time reimbursement, and benefits. Caregivers support seniors and individuals with disabilities, delivering companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with laundry and medication reminders.
• Transfers and other authorized care tasks.
• Transport clients and run errands as needed and approved.
