Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of documented experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the client.
• Treat clients, families, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect; presents a positive public image.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services as directed by the Director of Operations or the Owners.
• Provide personal care to the client including bathing and personal hygiene.
• Assist the client with dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist in feeding the client and medication reminders.
• Ensure client safety and adherence to the plan of care.
