Amada Senior Care - East Bay is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our caregiver-first home care team in the San Ramon area. We offer above-average pay, weekly pay, holiday pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical support, assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, mobility aid, transportation to appointments, and maintain client safety with adherence to care plans. In-person, in-home shifts only.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Active Home Care Aide License.
• TB test (TB/TST/PPD) current.
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Minimum of one year of documented caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as directed by supervisors.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support client safety and adherence to the plan of care.
• Transport client to appointments and activities as needed.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
