Qualifications

• Education, Registration/Licensing/Certifications: High School Diploma or GED; Active Home Care Aide License; TB test (if applicable); Valid driver with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services as directed by the Director of Operations or Owners.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation; assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and skin care; promote safety and infection control.
• Ensure client rights, privacy, dignity, and continuity of care; document and report appropriately.
