Job summary

At Home Reach in Idaho Falls is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our in‑home care team on weekends and full- or part-time schedules. You will empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently, learn daily living skills, and participate in community activities.

You’ll perform personal care, supervision, medication assistance after training, transportation, and documentation while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Active driver’s license and access to transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Completion of medications training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living skills and community activities.
• Help with budgeting, grocery shopping, meal prep, and chores.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and a healthy living environment.
• Complete required documentation and shift communications.
