Job summary

Innovative Care Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time in-home care. You will provide daily living support, assist with personal care, meal prep, and transportation to appointments, and administer medications. A valid driver’s license is required; paid training is provided. Benefits include health coverage, 401K match, EAP, PTO, holiday pay, and a company car for client transport. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comprehensive paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
