Job summary

Merakey is hiring Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Chico, CA program. You will provide personal care and support to clients who live in their homes, assist with activities of daily living, and help with mobility and companionship in a safe home environment.

Earn $17.50 per hour, with a $2 night-shift differential for overnight work. Merakey offers a range of benefits including DailyPay, retirement options, voluntary insurance, EAP, and access to learning resources

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) preferred.
• Prior caregiving/home health aide experience is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients who live in the home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises; ensure a safe home environment.
