Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Reliable vehicle is required or transportation capability is needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Able to assist clients with transfers and mobility.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism are valued.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and document clients' health status and report changes.
• Administer medications as directed and follow care plans.
• Drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Maintain transportation logs and vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals about care needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
