Job summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregivers with driving capabilities to join our team. In this in-home role, you will provide personalized daily living assistance, companionship, and transportation support to help clients attend medical appointments and social activities safely.

You will collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to implement tailored care plans with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record; reliable vehicle required.
• Experience in home care or related caregiving roles preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to assist clients with transfers and mobility.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients'' well-being.
• Monitor and document clients'' health status, reporting any changes promptly.
• Administer medications as directed and comply with care plans.
• Drive clients safely to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Maintain client transportation logs and vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and health professionals about care needs and progress.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
