Job summary

Primecare Home Care Services in Georgia is seeking compassionate caregivers to implement customized care plans, nurture the whole person in mind, body, and spirit, and provide impeccable in-home care. You will treat clients like family, assisting in scheduled activities and overall care management to enhance quality of life.

Applicants should have a HHA or PCA certification, valid CPR/First Aid, TB screening, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• HHA or PCA certification is required for this role.
• In-person CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• TB screening or PPD chest X-ray within the latest 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks on clients and follow care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned (blood pressure, temp, resp).
• Provide companionship to the client when needed.
• Communicate observations to supervisor and exercise good judgment.
