• Experience as PCA/CNA/HHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
