Job summary

Right at Home in Medford, Oregon is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors and adults at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep and mobility assistance, guided by individual care plans and documented notes.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Build meaningful relationships through companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Follow care plans and document daily notes in the app.
• Communicate with the office team.
