Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team in the Rogue Valley, including Medford and nearby communities. You will help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, providing companionship and daily support.

As a Caregiver, you will perform personal care, assist with mobility, light housekeeping and meal prep, provide medication reminders, and document daily notes using our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Build meaningful relationships through companionship and support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Maintain a safe home environment and document daily care notes in the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with office team.
