Job summary

Right at Home of Central Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support to seniors and disabled adults across Redmond, Bend and surrounding areas. You’ll assist with daily living activities, medications, grooming, meals, light housekeeping and transportation.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, shift differential on some shifts, mileage reimbursement, retirement plan and health insurance options, and 24/7 admin support.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience preferred but trainable.
• Clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Compassionate heart and client-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and disabled adults.
• Assist with medications, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with transportation.
• Support clients with dementia/Alzheimer’s care; training available.
• Travel within Central Oregon as needed.
