Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate caregiver to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes across Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, and surrounding areas.

You'll provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while building meaningful relationships and following care plans. Training, ongoing support, and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.
