Job summary

Trove Home Care LLC. is hiring an In-Home Caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA preferred) to support clients in their homes in Williamsburg, VA. The role offers flexible shifts and 24/7 local team support to ensure caregivers have reliable backing while delivering compassionate care.

Caregivers provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and help maintain client independence, with duties ranging from meal prep and light housekeeping to medication reminders and mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of daily living activities
• Drive clients to appointments or errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide hands-on personal care such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, mobility, bathing, and toileting as needed

Our caregivers provide in-home support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. Services range from companionship to non-medical personal care, depending on each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Caregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as:

• Driving clients to appointments or errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
• Performing light housekeeping tasks

Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands‑on personal care, including:

• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with feeding
• Mobility and ambulation support
• Bathing assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
