Job summary

Trove Home Care Williamsburg is seeking an in-home caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA preferred) to support clients in their own homes in Williamsburg, Virginia. The role offers flexible shifts and mileage reimbursement on client visits.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour with time-and-a-half for holidays and overtime; local team support is provided. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required to join the locally owned team.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Driving clients to appointments or errands.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with feeding.
• Mobility and ambulation support.
• Bathing assistance.
• Transfers (bed/chair).
• Toileting and incontinence care.
