Job summary

Trove Home Care Gloucester, Virginia, United States is hiring an In-Home Caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA preferred). You will provide in-home support to clients, delivering companionship and non-medical personal care to help maintain comfort and independence in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Our caregivers provide in-home support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. Services range from companionship to non-medical personal care, depending on each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Caregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as:

• Driving clients to appointments or errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
• Performing light housekeeping tasks

Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands‑on personal care, including:

• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with feeding
• Mobility and ambulation support
• Bathing assistance
• Transfers (bed/chair)
• Toileting and incontinence care

Salary Information

18 - 25 USD per hour (Trove- Williamsburg)

18 - 25 USD per hour (Gloucester, VA)

Competitive pay: $18–$25/hour depending on experience
