Job summary

Right at Home Lincoln is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. The team provides essential in-home care, including personal activities of daily living, medication reminders, and companionship, with strong emphasis on safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• English literacy required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, bathrooms).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and dementia care.
• Provide companionship through reading, music, puzzles, etc.
