Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference by supporting daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications

Level 2 Background Screening is required.
Valid government-issued photo ID and a second form of identification.
Current CPR Certification is required.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Previous caregiving experience (HHA or CNA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, toileting and incontinence care, walking and transfers, and meal preparation with light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
Follow care plans and document services provided.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.
