Job summary

Right at Home Lincoln is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support local seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. Join a dedicated team that values essential care, PPE provision, and flexible scheduling within a fast-growing international home care network.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and companionship. Training is provided as needed. Weekly pay and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Background check required; CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry and dishes.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support ROM exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles and more.
