Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference by supporting daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, transporting to appointments, following care plans, and maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening is required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and secondary ID (SSN or Passport).
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal prep, light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.
