Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• IN: In good standing on the state aide registry
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and health-related services to maintain the patient’s physical and emotional well being.
• Report observations of the client’s condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when travelling for work.
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients’ personal care.
• Function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
