SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Largo, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support elderly clients in their homes. You will perform tasks to assist with daily living and monitor health indicators in a compassionate, professional manner.

The role includes ADLs, vitals, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and reporting changes to the care team while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certifications.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency standards.
