Job summary

Home Instead Seattle is seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to support two senior clients in Queen Anne and Ballard. Immediate, built-in 39-hour work week with day and evening shifts.

CNA or HCA certification is required; must reside in the Seattle area. Compensation ranges between $22.00 and $32.00 per hour with full-time and part-time options, paid training, and 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• Active HCA or CNA certification is required.
• Resides in the Seattle area and can travel between Queen Anne and Ballard.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor for high-quality in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Monitor and record vitals and health signals for clients.
• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication and appointment reminders; ensure safety and dignity.
