Job summary

Innovative Care Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Wisconsin. The role involves in-home daily living support, personal care tasks, and assisting with meals and shopping. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
