Job summary

Innovative Care Services, based in Whitehall, Wisconsin, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for in-home assistance. This part-time position focuses on daily living support, personal care, grocery/meal prep, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Comprehensive paid training is provided; caregiver experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement within the nonprofit organization. Company car included for client transport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
