Responsibilities

• Safely transfer clients and assist with bathing/grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of living areas.
• Provide timely medication reminders and document vitals.
• Engage clients physically and mentally through activities.
• Document care notes and communicate changes to supervisors.

Skills
