Job summary

Vibrant-LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver to assist clients staying at home, promoting independence, and overall well-being in the comfort of their environment.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, personal care, companionship, and community activities. Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and be 18+. Paid training and a flexible schedule are available to support you in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence AT THEIR OWN HOME including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs):

• Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry
• Meal preparation & cooking
• Grocery shopping for or with the client
• Transportation & errands
• Personal cares and bathing
• Companionship
• Visit places in the community/socialize
• Engage in activities (games, memory books)
• Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by Coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching etc.
