Job summary

Vibrant LLC in Iowa is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver to assist clients at their own homes, including the elderly or individuals with disabilities. You will provide person-centered care, help with daily living activities, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.

Flexible scheduling, paid training, and regular performance reviews are offered to support your growth while you make a meaningful difference in clients' independence and happiness.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping, cleaning and laundry.
• Meal preparation and cooking.
• Grocery shopping for or with the client.
• Transportation and errands.
• Personal cares and bathing.
• Companionship and social engagement.
• Visit places in the community and socialize.
• Engage in activities (games, memory books).
• Assist with goals such as social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc. by coaching, discussing, roleplaying, teaching.
