Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga & Lorain Counties is seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

We offer weekday and weekend shifts with morning, afternoon, and overnight opportunities. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and client needs. Join a supportive team committed to meaningful, home-based care.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals in home, hospital, or facility settings.
• Previous home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Observing and reporting changes in symptoms or condition.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
• Offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Following individualized care plans.
• Communicating effectively with families and our office team.

Pay

$16.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and client care needs.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to fit your availability, including:

• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Overnight shifts (as needed)

What You\'ll Do
