Job summary

Partners in Care LLC is seeking caring individuals to join our TEAM as home caregivers. No experience needed; we provide training and flexible schedules to fit everyone's life. We offer a variety of shifts and benefits.

As a caregiver, you will support elderly or disabled clients in their homes with daily tasks, meals, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed. We provide paid training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform personal care tasks.
• Able to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Livescan criminal background check.
• Provide a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Care for elderly and/or disabled persons in their home per approved tasks.
• Assist with personal care, meals, errands and light housekeeping.
• Follow patient care assessment guidelines and company policies.

We pay your registration costs for the CA State Home Care Aide Registry and Fingerprinting Fees! If you're already registered, you will receive a $100 sign on bonus upon the completion of the hiring process.

Overview:

We are looking for caregivers with the same vision to join our team. This position requires someone who is caring and dependable that will assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home or place of residence. Caregivers assist with client needs and perform the day-to-day activities of care giving based on approved tasks. Caregivers will provide care based on company policies and tasks outlined in the patient's care assessment. This can include personal care assistance, preparing of meals, assist with grocery and personal shopping, assist with personal care, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.
