Job summary

Partners in Care LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team in California. No experience is required; we will train the right people. We offer flexible shifts and paid training, plus weekly pay.

Caregivers assist elderly and disabled adults in their home, perform personal care tasks, meal prep, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and errands. We provide PPE, mileage reimbursement, bonuses, paid time off, holidays, and medical benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform personal care tasks.
• Able to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a Livescan background check.
• Provide a negative TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home with day-to-day care tasks.
• Provide personal care, prepare meals, assist with grocery shopping and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and support daily living activities.

Caregiver Requirements:

Overview:

We are looking for caregivers with the same vision to join our team. This position requires someone who is caring and dependable that will assist elderly and/or disabled persons in their home or place of residence. Caregivers assist with client needs and perform the day-to-day activities of care giving based on approved tasks. Caregivers will provide care based on company policies and tasks outlined in the patient’s care assessment. This can include personal care assistance, preparing of meals, assist with grocery and personal shopping, assist with personal care, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.
