Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in‑home support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Medford, Oregon. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help clients stay safely independent in their own homes.

We provide ongoing training, weekly pay, and a supportive team culture. Eligible roles include flexible schedules, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth within a respected home-care network.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid ID and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving or related roles is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal in‑home care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor safety in the home.
• Support mobility and transportation as needed.
• Follow individual care plans and document notes in the mobile app.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively withoureffice team.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
