Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver in Medford, OR, to support seniors and adults to live safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, and practical assistance to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility support. You will document daily care notes via our app, communicate with the office, and participate in ongoing training and support.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively withoureffice team.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
