Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Medford, OR. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while following care plans and using our mobile app to document notes.

Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and strong English communication skills. Training and ongoing support are provided, with weekly pay and a supportive team culture.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
