Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support that helps seniors and vulnerable adults live safely and independently in the comfort of their homes across the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, and White City.

You’ll perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and documentation via our mobile app, while joining a supportive team that offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and ongoing

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Build meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Follow individual care plans and document daily care notes using our mobile app.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
