Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an in-home caregiver to support seniors and adults in Medford through compassionate, at-home care.

You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders in clients’ homes, while following care plans and documenting notes via our mobile app. The role offers flexible schedules and weekly pay, with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience welcomed but not required.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
