Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide in-home care for seniors across North Fort Worth, Saginaw, Alliance, and Lake Worth. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes with personalized care plans.

Experience in personal care, companionship, dementia care, hospice support, or ADLs is valued. We offer training and ongoing development, with flexible shifts and supportive office staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care experience.

In-Home Caregiver - In-Home Senior Care - Flexible Schedule

Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
• Assist stroke recovery and hospice clients as directed by the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to office staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care experience
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must provide TB test results or chest X-ray within 10 days of hire
