Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Minnetonka in Excelsior, MN is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients.

You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, help with meals, and transport to appointments while following care plans and upholding client dignity. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred.
• Prior experience in personal care or home health care is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
