Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking caring caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and comfortably at home. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and support clients with personal care in a compassionate setting.

The role offers opportunities for training, raises after probation, a wellness program, and 24/7 on-call support. Prior dementia care experience is valued, with potential for CNA school paths and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and keep clients homes safe and tidy.

• Provide timely medication reminders and monitor changes in condition.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll play an essential role in improving the daily lives of our clients by offering companionship, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing nutritious meals, keeping their homes safe and tidy, providing transportation to appointments or outings, and giving timely medication reminders. This position is perfect for caring individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.

• Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.00 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
• Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
