Job summary

Senior Helpers - Charlotte is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care in clients’ homes in Charlotte, NC, helping them stay safe and independent.

You will build daily trust with clients and families and assist with ADLs, offering companionship and support. We provide $15.50 per hour, flexible shifts, immediate start, PPE, specialized training, and employee recognition events.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one personal care to seniors in home settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and staff.
• Offer companionship and support to enhance well-being.
• Adapt to varying schedules and client needs.
