Job summary

Senior Helpers - Charlotte is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes in the Concord area. You will help clients stay safe and independent, building trusted relationships with families and staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, and maintaining open communication with clients and caregivers. No prior experience required, training and certifications available, and a supportive workplace environment offered.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with ADLs and companionship.
• Willingness to complete training and certifications.
