SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is actively hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with a schedule of up to 30 hours per week. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we’d love to meet you.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, helpful household support, and safety, with opportunities across multiple shifts, including overnights.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagement.
• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders.
• Safely transfer clients and provide assistance with personal care needs including dressing, and toileting.
• Offer flexible, multi-generational support to the broader family unit, including childcare assistance.
