Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Ann Arbor is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality, patient-centered senior care across weekdays and weekends, with up to 30 hours per week. Join a national company known for high-quality home care and help maintain safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement for clients in their homes.

Only basic caregiving experience is required; CNA/HHA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.
• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required (current CNA sandwich not required).
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.
