Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Tri-Cities is seeking compassionate weekend caregivers to provide in-home care and companionship in Kennewick, WA. Flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts on Saturdays and Sundays help clients stay independent and safe at home.

Candidates should have an active HCA/CNA credential or be able to obtain it, plus strong communication and dependable transportation. Weekend availability is required; background checks will be completed.

Qualifications

• Active HCA or CNA certification preferred; ability to obtain credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes.
• Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
