SYNERGY HomeCare in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Weekend Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to provide compassionate, in-home care that helps clients live safely and independently, with weekend shift options and competitive pay. You’ll perform companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and monitor client wellbeing while promoting independence and safety.

• Active HCA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain credentials).
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Monitoring changes in clients' well-being and reporting concerns.
• Encouraging independence while ensuring safety and comfort.

What You'll Do

As a Weekend Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care that enhances the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
