Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Home Care Supervisor to lead a team of caregivers and coordinate client services across the Portland area from our Tigard office. You will coach, mentor, and ensure quality, compliance, and exceptional experiences for clients and families, while partnering with operations to maintain efficient scheduling and strong caregiver support.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising caregivers or frontline staff in home care or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise an assigned group of caregivers.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Support employee development and corrective action processes.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership.
• Schedule to ensure caregiver placement and staffing coverage.
• Assist with client assessments, service plan updates, and quality assurance visits.
• Maintain compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
