Team Select Home Care seeks a Direct Care Worker to deliver non-medical personal care in clients' homes in Evansville, IN under DOO supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility while maintaining patient dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or as per state regulation.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with transfers using transfer devices per state regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with basic treatments within scope and record observations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support within the home setting.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and complete light housekeeping.
• Document shifts and obtain consumer signature per plan.
