Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide in-home personal care to adults and seniors. You will work in clients' homes, supporting daily living activities with compassion and professionalism.

No experience is required—training is provided. We offer flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time opportunities, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and ongoing supervision to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Active PSS certification in Maine or willingness to enroll within 60 days of hire.
• CNA (active or inactive) accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfers with or without aids.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping as outlined in plan.
• Provide companionship and support daily routines; report changes to supervisor.
